Logistics Warehouse — Full Electrical Retrofit

Replacement of end-of-life main switchgear and sub-distribution across a 12,000 m² logistics facility. Included motor control center refurbishment, LED lighting retrofit for the entire warehouse floor, and installation of a 500 kVA diesel standby generator with automatic transfer switch.

Outcome: executed across three planned weekend shutdowns with zero unplanned downtime. Estimated 34% reduction in monthly lighting energy consumption after LED conversion.

CommercialLighting

Corporate HQ — Lighting Design & Installation

Complete lighting design and installation for a four-floor corporate office renovation. Included architectural indirect lighting, task lighting for open-plan workstations, meeting-room dimming controls and full DALI-based control integration.

Outcome: handover on schedule, occupancy on the planned Monday. No punch-list items on the lighting scope.

Server Room Consolidation

Consolidation of three legacy server closets into a purpose-built server room: new dedicated feeder, 30 kVA UPS, isolation transformer, structured Cat 6A cabling, environmental monitoring and dedicated grounding grid.

Outcome: zero data loss during migration. Ongoing quarterly maintenance contract in place.

IndustrialMaintenance

Food Processing Plant — Maintenance Program

Quarterly preventive maintenance contract for a mid-sized food processing facility with strict hygiene and downtime constraints. Thermographic surveys, torque verification, insulation testing on all motor circuits, panel cleaning during CIP windows.

Result: zero unplanned electrical downtime across 18 consecutive months of the contract.

ResidentialCondominium

Residential Condominium — Common Area Upgrade

Full upgrade of common-area electrical infrastructure for a 48-unit residential condominium: new main distribution board, elevator circuit compliance, garage lighting LED retrofit, emergency lighting compliance and pool-area GFCI protection.

Result: passed subsequent fire inspection on first attempt, common-area electricity bill reduced approximately 22%.

AutomationPackaging

Packaging Line — Control Panel Rebuild

Rebuild of a legacy control panel on an existing packaging line: PLC replacement, new safety-rated E-stop circuit, VFD upgrade for the main drive motor, complete rewiring with proper labeling and updated schematics.

Result: reduced unplanned line stops by an order of magnitude in the six months following handover.

CommercialStandby

Clinic — Standby Power Installation

Installation of a 60 kVA diesel standby generator with automatic transfer switch, dedicated feeder to critical circuits (imaging, refrigerated pharmacy, server room, emergency lighting) and battery-backed UPS for graceful transitions.

Result: validated during first utility outage post-installation with seamless transition.
